Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. The actor gained fame following his performance in Road Trip. Since then DJ Qualls has starred in 20 feature films such including The New Guy Hustle & Flow or The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 TV shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order and Law & Order, among other. Qualls was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14 and has been fighting the disease ever since. After two years of treatment, the cancer was cured. His body was badly affected by the treatment and his development was slowed down. At the time he started to act, financial stability seemed like his ultimate goal. He had been in poverty throughout his youth. He said in an interview that he stated that if I don't have financial stability or I find myself feeling out of control in the world I will be unhappy. He also looks back at his youth and hopes to address the issue of the bullying. The fact that cruel acts break his heart. He says that his ideal job would be that of a dad in both reality and in film. He admits that Directors aren't able to put him in these role. He would like to become a dad one day, in order to spend more time to his son as well as his professional.
